THE EMPHASIS CONCEPT
This is a concept that shows emphasis on specific details of a historical material. I call it the "Emphasis Concept". A good way to design visuals for branding anything to do with dates and historical events. By Layer cutting and expanding the size of certain details in a painting or old dated historical pictures you can use it as a story telling visual. - The technique is very basic and simple. What matters is what you cut and how you are going to tell the story. - To create a background as i have done in the second and third picture your layer cuts must be nicely randomized.
